Allergy Bomb Recipe:
2-3 Tablespoons of raw, local honey
1 Tablespoon of organic cinnamon
2-3 drops of food grade peppermint essential oil
2-3 drops of food grade lemon essential oil
2-3 drops of food grade lavender essential oil
Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe:
Ingredients
6 cups of fresh, organic cauliflower florets
2 teaspoons garlic powder
a pinch of pink Himalayan salt
a pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon vegan butter, melted
¾ cup of organic, vegan wing sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450.
Spray a baking sheet with olive oil. Set aside.
Mix the garlic powder, salt, pepper, melted butter, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
Add the cauliflower into a large gallon-sized bag, pour the buffalo the bag.
Shake until the cauliflower florets are fully coated.
Spread on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
4/6/8 Breathing Exercise:
Breathe deep into the diaphragm for 4 counts.
Hold your breath for 6 counts.
Exhale through the mouth for 8 counts..
Repeat as needed.
